Its services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this electronic document. Regarding Indian BLI Services’s Support Services, communications between you and a participating Processional (CS,CA or Advocate) are not confidential. For quality assurance purposes, and in order to deliver the Indian BLI Services services, Indian BLI Services will have access to your communications with participating Processionals.

IFL encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from IndianBLI.com so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. IFL is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the IndianBLI.com and IFL family of websites.

Use of your Personal Information

IFL collects and uses your personal information to operate the IndianBLI.com website and deliver the services you have requested. IFL will send one welcome email following registration to all registered patrons. We will also periodically send service updates to registered users.

IFL may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from IFL and its affiliates. IFL may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

IFL also use your information for updating annual filing requirements under Companies act 2013, LLP act 2008, the Income Tax Act, 1961 and other periodic compliance's

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel any order at any point of time and Indian BLI Services shall refund the Service Fee / Statutory fee the Refund Policy. In case the order is cancelled after 30 days of placing the order, no refund claim will be entertained by Indian BLI Services.

REFUND OF POLICY

1. Incorporation Services:
a. In case the order is placed for registration services, Indian BLI Services shall refund the amount in case of cancellation of order by client subject to following conditions
b. If the cancellation done immediately (ie. within 24 hours) after placing the order, 25% of the service fee will be retained by Indian BLI Services and balance amount will be refunded.
c. If the cancellation happens after starting the initial process of Registration services, such as DIN and Digital signature, 50% of the service fee will be retained by Indian BLI Services and balance amount will be refunded.
d. If the cancellation happens after significant progress in registration services, only the government fee will be refunded.

Other Services:
In case the order is placed for services other than registration services, , Indian BLI Services shall refund the amount in case of cancellation of order by client subject to following conditions
1. If the cancellation done immediately (ie. within 24 hours) after placing the order, 50% of the service fee will be retained by Indian BLI Services and balance amount will be refunded.
2. If the cancellation happens after starting the initial, only the government fee will be refunded.
